Obituary for Miriam Miller
Miriam Barbara (Hostetler) Miller, 58, of Forest City, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday January 10, 2024.
Miriam was born in Lewisburg, PA and was the daughter of Frannie Hostetler and the late Rudy Hostetler. Miriam was a loving and devoted mother. She was also devoted to her daily devotions and serving the Lord. She was passionate about caring for others and found great joy in helping care for the elderly. Miriam loved nature, she enjoyed taking trips to the beach and swimming. She also loved singing, cooking and burning cinnamon scented candles.
Miriam was preceded in death by her father, Rudy Sr. Hostetler; a brother, Michael Hostetler and a nephew, Jason Bontrager.
Surviving are her children, Joseph Tyler Hostetler and Samantha Ann Miller; her mother, Frannie Hostetler; siblings: Verna Bontrager (Henry), Steven Hostetler (Fannie), Sara Miller (Harvey), Rudy Jr. Hostetler (Sarah), Joseph Hostetler (Barbara), Lydia Mast (Albert) and Ervin Hostetler (Linda).
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Foothills Community Chapel, 2720 Landrum Rd, Columbus, NC 28722.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Foothills Community Chapel in Columbus, NC with Pastor Pat Overholt officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
