Obituary for Earl Cashmore
HENDERSONVILLE -- Earl Cashmore, 89, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
He was born on March 3, 1934 in White Springs, FL. He is formally of Miami, FL. Heaven is so much brighter today. Earl worked for Rinker cement and then owned Earls Shell Service. Earl moved to North Carolina in 1984 and became a volunteer Fire Fighter with the Saluda fire department which he did for 30 years and was a lifetime member and loved it. Earl was an avid Miami Dolphins Fan. Earl also had a huge impact on the neighbor kids.
He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley, his parents, George Cashmore and Florence Cashmore, twin brother Earlie Cashmore, brothers John Cashmore, George Cashmore, Hubert Cashmore, Jack Cashmore, Jim Cashmore, Charlie Cashmore and sisters Mary Root, Louise Skinner.
Earl leaves behind; his children, Martin Earl Cashmore (Gina), Estelle Marie Mitchell (Mitch), Richard Lavoid Cashmore (Debbie), Sandra Earlene Cashmore; His beloved sister Frances Kastor, sister in laws Glenda Howell, Debbie Sue Marine (David); his grandchildren, Angela Cashmore, Shirley Ann Treuer (Stefan), Kailyn Hunt (Garrett), Kody Jackson (Sara), Brandon Michael Owens (Ali), Shannon Kelly Ellis (Bancroft), Dalton Tyler Owens (Margaret), Amanda Lynne Bedoy (Ariel), Kayla Nicole Cashmore (Keenan), Dustin Richard Walker (Amber), Trevor Terry Walker (Lisa); 17 Great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private celebration at a later date.
